Blue Ridge Strike (“the game”) is made by Shenandoah Game Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game handles on Android, iOS and the web.
Save slots, settings, scores, unlocks and in-game currency (“mica”) are stored locally on your device (app storage / browser local storage). We do not receive this data. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data deletes it.
In the Android and iOS apps, you can choose to watch a rewarded video ad to revive or to earn a 1.5× mica bonus. Ads are only shown when you tap to watch one. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. This data is collected by Google, encrypted in transit, and handled under Google’s Privacy Policy. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google’s consent message; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are requested. On iOS, if you deny tracking, only non-personalized ads are requested.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
When you play on a game portal (such as Poki or CrazyGames), that portal may show ads and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Blue Ridge Strike is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help.
We do not sell personal information. Apart from the ad-related data processed by Google described above, the game does not send personal data to us or to third parties.
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete; your local game data can be removed by uninstalling the app. For ad data held by Google, use Google’s controls linked above. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or Virginia’s VCDPA), you may have additional rights; contact us with any request.
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
